Propel Young Professionals and Oshkosh Corporation’s Young Professional Network will be hosting a virtual Leadership Breakfast with Vicki Updike, owner of New Sage Strategies. Vicki will be speaking on the topic of evolving from a successful individual contributor to a leader. The transition from a successful individual contributor to a leader is complicated. She will be discussing the mistakes and challenges that high performing, high potential team members have in the transition to leadership roles. And ultimately how to learn and grow from those experiences.
